Baldo (Ubaldo) Campana, 90 years old, passed away peacefully, at Mercy New Life Hospice in Lorain, on Friday, April 24th 2015. He was born January 1 1925, in Lorain, where he lived his entire life. On August 24 1946, he married his loving and devoted Mary (CambriaCampana Baldo).
Baldo and Mary raised five children, Tom, Jim, Joe, Carol and Cindy. In 2014, they celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary. Baldo graduated from Lorain High School in 1943. He served in WWII from 1943 to 1946 in the U.S. Army Air Corps, as a Staff Sergeant, stationed in Italy and India as a medical and surgical technician.
