A music class recently turned into a fishing exploration for Stephanie Jones' 4-year-old son Peter and his classmates at Prince of Peace Preschool.
They decided their musical rhythm sticks resembled fishing poles, and so began their investigation into the world of fish and fish ponds. Their curiosity was piqued, and "the unit unfolded on its own, and the kids were just loving it," said Jones, whose daughter Edie, 2, also attends the school located within Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Kings Grant.
