Ale Gambini was one of those people who convey happiness, enthusiasm, competence, courtesy. They are increasingly rare people, and because of that, increasingly valuable. Unfortunately, Ale left us, absolutely too young, and the community of those who appreciate and know Italy in the United States mourns and remembers her with love and great sorrow.
More than many other words, here is the interview Ale gave me, published in We the Italians in 2021, to describe how amazing Ale was. On behalf of myself personally, and all of us at We the Italians, we salute and thank Ale for the beautiful person she was, and whom we will not forget. Thank you Queen, gone too soon. We love you.
