Hillsborough couple Joe Trani and Kari LaSpisa will be hosting a grand opening celebration for Cafe Basilico in their hometown on Thursday. The grand opening will be held on Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a ribbon cutting with Mayor Shawn Lipani and Township officials at 10 a.m. at 378 South Branch Road in Hillsborough, NJ.

During the celebration, the welded permanent jewelry boutique called Link Up Jewelry will also be at the Cafe from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.The new elevated brunch spot with European and Mediterranean flair previously held a soft opening in early October at the Kingsbridge Shopping Center located at the corner of S Branch Road and Beekman Lane.
