An address known for Italian fare now has a new name and a new owner, as Capisce Trattoria & Pizzeria has opened in Parsippany's Powder Mill Plaza Shopping Center.
Mayor James Barberio gave chef and owner Mario Ferra an official welcomewith a ribbon-cutting on Saturday, Feb. 3. Ferra owned and operated Pavinci Italian Grill in Hopatcong for more than 20 years. Now, he has opened up Capisce where Village Restaurant and Pizzeria used to be.
