Longtime Southwest suburban pizza institution Aurelio's recently opened in Arlington Heights. The store, which is Aurelio's first north suburban Chicago location, will opened to the public Tuesday in the Esplanade shopping center on Euclid Avenue.
"We've got a whole bunch of (Southsiders) who are now living up north, who just can't wait to get going," said Rick Cavenaugh, one of the location's franchise owners. The location seats about 180 people and will include a bar featuring craft beer, said Cavenaugh, who is one of the owners of the shopping center and one of the developers of nearby Arlington Downs.
