Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group, owners of Burntwood Tavern, is planning to launch Rosina's Italian in 2018. Rosina's will be at 6140 Som Center Road in the former Pacos Tacos, which also was owned by the restaurant group. Target opening is "early 2018," the company said.
The menu is expected to include "farm to table Italian dishes" including seafood, veal, pizza, freshly baked bread, homemade desserts and daily specials. Family-style servings will be emphasized. Lunch will feature salads, sandwiches and smaller versions of entrees. Vegan and gluten-friendly items also will be available.
