Cantoro Italian Market and Trattoria announced its latest restaurant will be on the grounds of the San Marino Club, in the building that once housed Tre Monti. Cantoro's owners, John and Michael Fallone, also run the flagship Cantoro Italian Market and Trattoria in Plymouth and a second market in Livonia.
The new Troy restaurant will occupy 10,000 square feet at 1695 E. Big Beaver Road in Troy, with seating for 120 in the dining room, 20 in the bar area, banquet space with room for 125 and an outdoor courtyard with space for 80 guests. The new restaurant will also have a bocce court, the Cantoro's owners say.
