What started as a way to help those in his community find food easily during the coronavirus pandemic has turned into a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Franco the Foodie, owned by Chef Franco Gallo, is located at 120 W. Jefferson St. in the space that previously housed StageCoach Cafe in New Carlisle.
The restaurant features a variety of fresh, traditional Italian dishes. "I want to keep the classic dishes alive," Gallo previously said. "I want to keep the classic dishes to be the way it was — simple."
