A new Italian restaurant has opened downtown. Chef Michael Feker, who also owns Il Mito Trattoria e Enoteca in Wauwatosa and Zesti in Hartland, which opened in 2014, heard his Lake Country customers wanted Italian cooking closer to home. He answered with Il Mito Café, which opened April 7.
“Everyone was telling me, ‘Chef, Il Mito (in Wauwatosa) is too far of a drive. What can you do?’” Feker said. “So what I did was bring the brand to Delafield, and it is wonderful.” Il Mito Café, 515 W. Wells St., Delafield, will feature two types of Italian-style atmospheres.
