Diners in Mequon were taking Salotto Zarletti's tagline of "a place to gather" seriously. They crowded into the bar; they filled the tables in the dining room. Waiting until the same day to make a reservation meant I could dine quite early or quite late.
A couple of weeks in at chef-restaurateur Brian Zarletti's new restaurant, and it looked as if the decision to open a place outside Milwaukee was a good one. The house was full.
