Parma is a new locally owned Italian farm-to-table restaurant that makes its debut Monday at 3775 W. College Ave. in Grand Chute.
The building it took near U.S. 41 was originally built as an O'Charley's restaurant. Parma's owner, Marc Waltzer, purchased the building last fall. Between the real estate and renovation, he said it was a multimillion-dollar investment. The inside of the restaurant was gutted and rebuilt to create three different environments. To the right is a gastropub with 60 craft beers on tap.
