St. Paul restaurant Cossetta is adding a new concept to its growing enterprise: A rosticceria specializing in carry-out meats and sides. The Pioneer Press reports that Cossetta, which went through a big renovation in 2013, will start offering a new menu of take-out items like rotisserie chicken and prime rib sandwiches, as well as sides like its house-made mozzarella and salami from small farms.
There also will be a small sitting area for eating inside the existing market. The latest venture isn't as big a change as the 2013 renovation, which added a pastry shop and full-service restaurant to the Italian market and pizzeria.
