Have you ever longed to create, and sip, your own limoncello? We are excited to offer our first "Make and Take-Limoncello activity! Join native Italian instructor, Romina Montanari, and learn to make the famous Italian liqueur.
The TWO PART EVENT will begin at Valcucine, on Wednesday, July 30th. Valcucine is located at 275 Market Street, Suite 145, Minneapolis, MN 55405, and we will begin at 6:30. Parking is free. We ask that you bring 12 organic lemons, a liter bottle of Everclear, and a microplane or zester the first evening. It is important that the lemons are organic and yellow.
The second session will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at Valcucine, beginning again at 6:30. We will complete the limoncello process, and in addition, will make the dessert, Crema di mascarpone al limoncello. At this meeting, we ask that you bring a simple syrup solution (recipe provided on first night) and a large mixing bowl.
