I'm Andrea, I'm from a little town near Milan, where I grew up with my family originally from the South of Italy. I moved to St. Louis together with my wife a couple of years ago. Here, I wanted to pursue and broaden my career as a Chef.
Before the restaurants were shut down, I was working at Casa Don Alfonso at the Ritz-Carlton, in Clayton. During this unprecedented time, I decided to keep cooking as much as I can and share my passion for the food and my Italian culture through my authentic lasagna.
