Many new restaurants have opened in Liberal in the past few years and recently, one restaurant announced its return to the Liberal area. Napoli’s Italian Restaurant, which was in Liberal for a few years back in the early 2000s on U.S Hwy 54, recently announced its reopening, this time in the Landmark building.
“We started in Texas and slowly moved north. It’s a family business and we’ve got other generations in the restaurant business,” Napoli’s Owner Nick Terziu said. “Back in 2006 we thought it would be great to have an Italian restaurant here in town and I really liked Liberal and the people here, so we came back. We really liked the area so we decided to come back. The people here were great to me then and we’re hoping it will be the same now.”
