Join us for Il Sapore Italiano, a series of cooking classes aimed to promote the Italian traditions, in which participants will have a hands-on culinary experience preparing authentic and delicious Italian dishes. We will be learning "The Art of Making Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms," a delicious and flavorful dish from Northern Italy.
