Well, the folks at One Fifth do. After the Georgia James Tavern takeover ends this Saturday at Chris Shepherd’s always-changing restaurant, One Fifth morphing once again, and this time it’s going Italian on us.

But, One Fifth: Red Sauce Italian won’t be anything like its past Romance Languages iteration, which celebrated Italian, French, and Spanish cuisines, per a press release. Instead, Shepherd’s One Fifth Team is narrowing in on the nostalgic Italian American food of our childhoods. Think red-sauce dishes like spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmesan, baked pastas, and wood-fired pepperoni pizza, plus desserts like New York-style cheesecake and tiramisu.
