Piada fast-casual Italian cuisine coming soon to Fulshear

A new Piada is coming to Fulshear this summer. On Feb. 23, Houston-based commercial real estate firm Baker Katz announced the lease of a 2,387-square-foot space at the Market at Cross Creek Ranch for the fast-casual Italian restaurant. The shopping center is located at the intersection of FM 1463 and Fulshear Bend Drive, at 5102 FM 1463, Katy.

The eatery’s menu features hand-rolled wraps baked on a stone grill, salads, bowls and pasta dishes. Customers can either choose from one of Piada’s preset items, such as the Bacon and Blue bowl—made with mixed greens, red cabbage, brown rice and quinoa, blue cheese, pancetta, roasted sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, and a cider vinaigrette—or customize their meal with their choice of ingredients.
