Chef Massimo Camia ~ April 19 - 21, 2015 - Massimo Camia Ristorante Barolo, Italy. Acclaimed Chef Massimo Camia will return to arte italia in April! New and former culinary guests will enjoy Chef Massimo's self-taught mastery and passion for creating authentic Piemontese delicacies by showcasing some of the region's finest natural ingredients such as white truffles, quality meats, fish and cheese. For each culinary class the visiting chef will prepare a traditional Italian dinner including antipasto, primo piatto, secondo piatto and dolce.
All classes begin at 6:00 p.m. and are typically over by 8:00 p.m.
Classes are held at 442 Flint Street in Reno.

Regional interest in arte italia's culinary program has been overwhelming! Our guests are thrilled to dine in the Cucina with visiting Chefs, but our seating capacity is limited. We strive to fairly allocate seating between new and former culinary guests and utilize a fair system of randomized selection to assign seating for each class. Read more ...

Tuition Fees for Selected Registrants:
$60 per class ($55 for seniors 65+ and students).
All culinary class tuition is donated to Roman Catholic charitable organizations.
