Saint Pasta may be known for vodka sauce, but following social media drama between owner Racan Alhoch and Yelpers, I was equally curious to experience the service at the food-truck-famous chef's new brick-and-mortar.
With Saint Pasta’s cult following and its lack of reservations, I decided to go for an early dinner at 5 p.m., right when they open. I arrived 10 minutes early to look for parking, which I quickly found, but while waiting in my car for my friend to arrive, I noticed people trickling in and lining up at the door. I quickly followed suit and by the time the restaurant opened, 20 of us were in line.
