For those looking to explore a new culinary destination that honors tradition while celebrating innovation, LOMA, located on lower Main Street (hence the name), is not to be missed. LOMA is the newest eatery from Park City’s Adam and Meisha Ross of Twisted Fern fame. Opened in August, LOMA offers a fresh take on Italian cuisine, focusing on quality ingredients and lighter dishes; highlights include hand-rolled pasta, fresh vegetables, and wood-fired pizzas.
“I have always loved Italian [food]; really, continental European food: German, French, Italian. I wanted to bring a certain type of Italian that was light, fresh, seasonal, and [made with] simple ingredients, not heavy,” says Adam. “I wanted to create a place that you could come in [and enjoy] off the hill, to feed and nourish your body, and then continue with your day.”
