Sinatra in Las Vegas, the restaurant, is an appropriately Vegas-style, well, contemporary Vegas-style tribute to the singer who is still equated with the raffish, heady days of the city as it grew into a gambling and entertainment Mecca.
Appropriate in that it's located in one of most the city's most luxurious hotel-casinos, that the restaurant's lavish décor is a paean to Frank Sinatra replete with memorabilia like his Oscar, that it is an Italian-themed restaurant headed by one of the country's top Italian chefs, and that it serves recognizably Italian-American cuisine that is as loved as is Sinatra's recordings from the Capitol and early Reprise years.
