The splendid Vasari Corridor in Florence is now adorned with 127, 20th-Century self-portraits of artists both Italian and international.
The works, deriving from the storage rooms of the Uffizi Gallery, are located inside the final stretch of the historic Corridor (near the exit leading to the Boboli Gardens). Never before made public, these creations are part of a permanent Collection of Self-Portraits, the oldest collection of its kind in the world.
