Two years after it was founded the innovative start-up Solair has a more than positive balance sheet: since 2011 the company has grown from having just 4 employees to a total of 32 (50% of which are women), opened new offices in Japan (Tokyo) and in India (Bangalore), inaugurated its new headquarters in June in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy, and on July 1st launched Solair PLM, the application which uses the innovative cloud-based Solair platform, developed entirely in Italy.
On top of all that they were also awarded a public competition from the Region of Emilia Romagna for "Research, Innovation and Growth" and for a cooperation project with the CIRI ICT laboratory at the University of Bologna on Research and Development.
