David MacNeil is spending more time in Bogolese (near Parma) these days. Mr. MacNeil is a great lover of Italian automobiles — he has a '67 Ferrari — and fashion, but that's not the only reason he's spending time in Parma. Instead, the fabled town in Emilia-Romagna is the new headquarters of WeatherTech Europe Srl, which Mr. MacNeil recently started as the European base of this successful automobile accessories company.
