Art Tribune recently nominated Michele Guerra Best Cultural Commissioner in Italy. He and his team won the nomination of Parma as Italian Capital of Culture for 2020. Shortly after the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, inaugurated the year-long celebration, all events had to be cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
