The new episode of Italian Innovators is conversation with Luigi Crema (associate professor of international law at the University of Milan) on the Italian legal system and constitution. We observed Italian law from a historical, juridical, and cultural perspective.
We examined the making of Italy’s constitution and the current state of its democratic system, vis-á-vis the American and European legal systems, and we explored Italy’s contributions to our modern idea of law (from Roman right to human rights). The timeless value of Italy’s legal system and the dynamic life of its unique constitution: enjoy the episode here!
