On Saturday, at 5:30 p.m., the Capital Italian American Organization (CIAO!) will be hosting its annual gelato contest and potluck social at Staybridge Suites located in the Summit East Complex at 1600 Summit Lake Drive, Tallahassee, just east of Interstate 10 on U.S. 90 (Mahan Drive).

This is CIAO's version of the ice cream social with a twist – it includes an Italian Pot Luck. The cost for members is only $5 and an Italian covered dish to share; the cost for non-members is $10. If you join CIAO at the event, you can participate for the member cost of $5. Children under 12 are free. Gelato and soft drinks will be provided. BYOB if desired. Invite your friends and family – everyone is welcome.
