One of Rhode Island’s most popular dining destinations is looking to the great outdoors this summer for a boost in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Restaurants on Atwells Avenue will expand al fresco seating out onto the pavement as the street is closed to traffic starting next weekend.
"We're really excited, all of us here on Federal Hill. It's really important for the restaurants,” said Dino Difante, General Manager of Trattoria Zooma. The “Al Fresco on the Hill” plan will kick off June 19 from 5 to 11 p.m, with reservations required.
