Basilico is the newest Italian restaurant in the area and they are generating rave reviews from local foodies. Hillsborough couple Joe Trani and Kari LaSpisa opened Basilico at 46 W Somerset St. in Raritan on June 1.
The restaurant serves authentic, made-from-scratch Italian cuisine straight from Trani's hometown of Ischia - an island off the coast of Naples in Italy. Want to get a taste of what mouthwatering dishes they offer? Check out Patch's photo journey of some of their tasty dishes.
