Men Of The Cloth is an inspiring portrayal of Nino Corvato, Checchino Fonticoli and Joe Centofanti, three Italian master tailors who confront the decline of the apprentice system as they navigate their challenging roles in the twilight of their career. The movie also tells the story of Checchino Fonticoli, a master tailor at Brioni, a high-end clothing company based in the Abruzzo region where he did a traditional apprenticeship as a boy. From the hills of Abruzzo, Checchino and others made their way to America, where they learned to work in a very different way, the serial production process.
