The Center for Italian and Italian-American culture will host a celebration of the holiday "La Festa Della Donna," a day in Italy when women and their achievements are acknowledged. The event will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 16 at the center, located at 411 Pompton Ave. in Cedar Grove.
The featured guest will be female poet and author Maria Mazziotti Gillan. The cost is $10 for members; $15 for non-members. Those interested in attending must RSVP by March 14. For more information, call 973-571-1995.
