The Italian American Heritage Club of Hunterdon County will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at the Grand Colonial Restaurant on Rt. 173 in Asbury. The guest speaker will be Sam Faiello.
Faiello is a Hunterdon County resident whose public relations firm was retained by the Research & Development Council of New Jersey to develop public and private support and raise funds for the building of the Liberty Science Center.
The Liberty Science Center is the country's fourth largest Hands-on-Science museum. Despite some resistance, the campaign raised $68 million and the center opened in 1992.
To make a reservation and to find out more about The Italian American Heritage Club of Hunterdon County, call Alice at 908-236 7241 or the club president, Jack Aquila at 908-236 0985. All are welcome.
