The Italian American Heritage Club will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 19, at The Farmhouse at The Grand Colonial on Rt. 173 in Asbury, at 6:45 p.m. Drabich, owner of Metropolitan Seafood & Gourmet in Lebanon, will be the guest speaker. Drabich has been in the seafood business for more than 27 years and has been featured on the Cooking Channel, in the New York Times and in a Wall Street Journal video.
He writes a newsletter to more than 8000 people each week with recipes and other interesting information. He will give an Italian fish cooking demonstration.
