James Gandolfini's hometown is planning to give him one final 'salute'. According to nj.com, The borough of Park Ridge, where James Gandolfini spent his youth before playing the infamous mob boss on "The Sopranos", will rename a portion of Park Avenue after the actor at a Dec. 1 ceremony.
The idea originated from a group of fans on a Facebook page that was supported by friends, neighbors and classmates who grew up with Mr. Gandolfini. The actor will be the first local celebrity to receive such an honor.
