Notice is hereby given to compatriots registered with AIRE and residing in the State of New Jersey (Counties of Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union, Warren, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset) that on Friday, March 3, 2023 starting at 9:00 a.m., it will be possible to apply for passport issuance by appointment at the premises of Ravello Banquets in East Hanover, NJ.
Interested parties can apply now and until February 28, 2023 for an appointment by writing to [email protected] and attaching the downloadable application form and copy of previous passport (if held). Compatriots will receive an email confirming the appointment, which will indicate the time to report to Ravello Banquets. Those who have not received such a confirmation email will not be admitted on March 3.
If it is not possible to accommodate all requests, priority will be given to compatriots over the age of 75 and those who justify the difficulty in going to the Consulate General of New York directly in the appointment request email.
The passport will then be delivered by priority mail to the address given by the compatriot, who must present on the day of the appointment all the documentation requested here.
It is especially recommended that you bring a pre-stamped priority mail envelope with tracking number to have the passport shipped to your home address.
Compatriots who will be given an appointment should go to: RAVELLO BANQUETS - 138 EAGLE ROCK AVENUE - EAST HANOVER, NJ 07936
