It was a weekend of celebration for the Township of East Hanover (NJ) which began with a packed Columbus Day Dinner Dance on Friday night and culminated with the 17th Annual Columbus Day Parade along Ridgedale Avenue on Sunday. The dinner dance was held at the Hanover Manor and had over 400 people dining, mingling and dancing to a fabulous Italian music band.
The dinner event honored this year's Man of the Year, Frank DeMaio who is the Council President of East Hanover. The other honorees were: John Trezza as the Entrepreneur of the Year; Stacie Costello was awarded the Woman of the Year; Marc Macaluso was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award, and Giuliana Josephine Lazorko was the 2023 Parade Princess.
