Mono-brand retail offers the customer a total brand experience, from apparel to accessories and even brand extensions such as watches, jewelry and perfumes. Quite often, mono-brand retail is led by a “ flagship” store that represents brand culture and values throughout the total collection.
In short, this type of retail in intriguing to view from a visual merchandising perspective. By observing the retail architecture and the use of light and color display of items, it can provide clues on how the brand is enticing customers to enter into their brand’s creative culture. These trend services are invaluable to designer brands as this provides them with an outside entity that evaluates the creative direction as well as customer interconnectivity.
