It is a sure sign that summer is coming when DiCosmo Italian Ice opens its doors for the season.
The little, green house with the big reputation opened its doors for its101st year, May 9, featuring their homemade coconut ice with more flavors to come.
The family owned business has been making Italian ices at the same location, the corner of High Street and Fourth Avenue, since 1915. They are now open daily until dusk in May and September and from noon to 9 p.m. June through August.
