The Plainfields' Chapter of UNICO announced it will hold its annual Pig Roast event on Friday, Dec. 6 beginning at 7:30 p.m., at the Scotch Plains Italian American Hall. The club is located at 1976 Valley Ave. in Scotch Plains.
The home-made meal and menu includes unlimited roasted pig and chicken, bread and sides of roasted potatoes, salad, string beans, hot peppers, and sufrite. Included are: wine and beer and soda, and dessert which consists of Italian cookies and coffee and tea. There are door prizes at the end of the night.
