Rita's Italian Ice coming to Lincoln

Mike and Elynn Malone first tried Rita's Italian Ice last year when they were visiting their daughter, who's attending college in Wichita, Kansas.
The Crete couple were so taken with the company, which sells treats ranging from snow cones to frozen custard, that they decided to become franchisees and bring it to Nebraska.
