Italian Cultural Center events Springfield - The Italian Cultural Center of western Massachusetts, Inc. announces the publication of its very own homemade cookbook, "Mangia! Ci fa bene!" It is a cookbook with over 160 tried and tested family recipes contributed by its members and friends, many of which have been prepared for generations.
You will find many of your favorite Italian dishes, as well as other recipes that are not so well known. The recipes are divided into categories to help you find a dish that will suit a special occasion or delectable entrees, side dishes and desserts for your family dinners. The price of the cookbook is just $15.
