The beautiful gardens of Villa Medici, which is home to the French Academy and located in Rome, as well as the English-style gardens of Ninfa near Latina are the top winners of the 2015 edition of the competition called 'The most beautiful park in Italy'.

Among others, Villa Toeplitz in Varese, which is the former country residence of a German noble family with bucolic paths leading past gardens, and fruit orchards; Villa Borromeo Visconti Litta near Milan with its fountains of Galatea and Neptune, its gardens, and its outdoor theatre used for concerts, plays and other events.
