Recently taking 1st place in the Star-Advertiser's People's Choice Awards for Hawaii's Best Italian restaurant, Arancino Ristorante Italiano will be celebrating its recent success with a special menu. Created by Executive Chef Daisuke Hamamoto, Arancino's will also feature their food at the Best of Honolulu Festival, which is happening on July 16th at the Frank F. Fasi Civic Grounds at Honolulu Hale.

His creative dishes showcase the bounty of Hawaii from land and sea, and his inspiration stems from his unquenchable thirst for learning new techniques and using different ingredients and products through visiting Hawaii's farms, reading different cook books and experiencing new dishes wherever he goes.
