Italian-born Francesco Camuffo brings the art of pasta-making to the islands. His love for homemade pasta and keeping his Nona’s recipe and pasta-making techniques alive inspired him to create Bambino’s. Bambino’s is an authentic and homemade Italian pasta take-out and delivery service in Kakaako.
Camuffo, who comes from a small town near Venice, and Chef Nathan Sakata joined HNN’s Sunrise to talk about the concept, showcase their different pastas and demonstrate how they create tagliatelle from scratch using a pasta maker with a crank handle.
