Each year on January 27, the United Nations remembers the many people of Jewish origin affected by the Holocaust, also known as Il Giorno della Memoria. The film is a tribute to the late Primo Levi and follows his journey home to Turin after his survival of Auschwitz, a grueling journey that took him 12 months to complete.
